For the second consecutive Year, the activity aims to disseminate and disseminate the prehistoric heritage of Cantabria, but specifically of Puente Viesgo.

For historical-archaeological brewers, we gather for our monthly chat. It is open access and will include links and discussion about craft brewing - you decide what will be on the table! The chat starts at 15:00h CET (Amsterdam time) and may take about 1.5 hours.

The javelin throwing on Saturday, September 26th and Sunday, September 27th, is for the adventurous and families. Equipped with a spear and a spear thrower, young and old learn about Stone Age hunting techniques and all kinds of interesting facts about hunting and everyday life in prehistory.

On September 5, the IV festival of living history "Flame of Arkaim" will be held, organized by our Association and the Archaeological Reserve ARKAIM.

During the weekend of 12 and 13 September, storytellers, puppet shows and farces can be seen and heard in the preHistorisch Dorp. 

On Saturday, September 5th, 2020 and on Sunday, September 6th, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the well-known flint knapper, qualified biologist Markus Plesker, will once again offer a course in the Dithmarschen Stone Age Park to learn the art of working flint with stone age means for beginners with and without previous knowledge.

Participants learn about the history and theoretical background of the weight loom. In practice, it is about the individual steps up to the weaving. Two participants work on a loom.

Nature lover and ancestral skills practitioner, Lucy O’Hagan (Wild Awake) will be doing a week-long residency here in the park at the beginning of August. She will be sharing her passion, skills and knowledge through courses and demonstrations. See below her schedule for the week:
